YOUR PEOPLE → YOUR PROCESS → YOUR CRM

When the software stops fitting

01 / THE GAPS BETWEEN THE TOOLS

The subscription works.
Does the software?

If your team still needs spreadsheets, inboxes and workarounds to finish the job, there may be a better fit. These are the problems we start by understanding.

01 / COST

Another licence.
Another add-on.

Paying for tools you barely use, or upgrading just to unlock one missing feature? We map the tools, dependencies and costs before proposing what to replace or connect.

02 / TIME

The same details.
Entered twice.

Copying information, chasing updates and checking different places can become part of the job. A shared record and an agreed workflow can reduce those handovers.

03 / FIT

Your process.
Someone else’s template.

Custom fields only go so far. We can design the records, permissions, screens and stages around the tasks your team actually needs to complete.

02 / WHAT COULD YOUR SYSTEM CONNECT?

Follow the work.
Keep the context.

A CRM can do more than store contacts. Explore an illustrative workflow, then move a sample through its stages. Your system would be shaped around your team.

ILLUSTRATIVE WORKFLOW / SAMPLE DATA

An enquiry with a next step.

Keep the customer, their request and the person following up in one shared record.

  • A clear owner for every enquiry.
  • History and useful details in one place.
  • Visibility of what needs attention next.

03 / NSTA TASMANIA / WEBSITE & PROVIDER PORTAL

One public website.
A workspace behind it.

We built NSTA’s website and secure provider portal around course discovery, access and enrolment management. Explore the public website alongside an illustrative portal demo with fictional records.

THE PROVIDER WORKSPACE

Bring enrolment information, document progress and the people involved into a role-based portal.

THE PRIVATE DETAILS

04 / BUILT WITH YOU

Your workflow first.
The software follows.

You work directly with your designer and developer. Each stage gives us something concrete to review, from the first process map to the tasks your team will use every day.

01 / UNDERSTAND

Map the work.

Walk through the tools you use, your users, records, roles and handovers. Decide what needs fixing first.

You review

The workflow, priorities, scope, costs and delivery plan.

02 / DESIGN & DEVELOP

Make it usable.

Turn the agreed process into screens, permissions and working features. Refine the details with your team.

You review

The interface and the everyday tasks it needs to support.

03 / TEST & LAUNCH

Put it to work.

Check the agreed workflows and access, prepare your team and complete the handover and launch checks.

You receive

A walkthrough, documentation and an agreed plan for ongoing care.

05 / NEXUS / BESPOKE SOFTWARE

Build what you need.
Know what it costs.

Custom CRMs, portals and business systems are priced to scope. Your users, modules, workflows, integrations and data requirements shape the proposal.

Discuss your system
01 / PROJECT BUILD

Priced to scope.

Scope, cost and timing agreed before the build begins. Build prices include GST (AUD).

02 / ONGOING CARE

From $50 / month.

The first 30 days are included. Required care starts from day 31, with the right plan agreed for your system.

03 / OTHER COSTS

The full picture.

Third-party services, licences and integrations are identified in scope. Future features and work outside scope are quoted separately.

A bespoke system is an investment in how your business works. Potential savings depend on your current tools, requirements and ongoing costs; we map that with you before proposing a build.

A few useful questions.

Can it work with the tools we already use? +

We start by mapping your existing tools and the connections you need. Integration depends on what each provider supports, with access, costs and limits checked during scoping.

Do we need a new website too? +

No. A bespoke CRM can work alongside your existing website. We also design custom websites and can scope enquiry forms or portal connections as part of the project.

What happens to our existing data? +

We review the data you need, its structure and export options. Any migration, cleanup and checks are agreed in your project scope before development begins.

Can we start with one part of the business? +

Yes. We can scope a focused first stage around the work that needs improving most, then plan further modules and features separately as your needs develop.

06 / LET’S TALK ABOUT THE WORKAROUNDS

What should your
software be doing?

Tell us what doesn’t fit, where the admin piles up, or how your team works today. You don’t need a finished brief.
